Research laboratory for measurement of time and frequency
(Laboratory № 11-1)

 

The laboratory conducts such types of metrological works:

Maintenance and operation of National secondary measurement standard:

VETU 07-01-03-10 National Secondary measurement standard of time and frequency.

Provision of services for the transmission of Kyiv time signals synchronized with the national measurement standard of time and frequency by PTP/NTP protocols.

Conformity assessment of legal measuring instruments (MIs):

  • Systems of measuring the duration of telephone conversations, systems of accounting for volume of information;
  • Primary frequency standard (Cs), Rubidium atomic clock, High-stability OCXO clock, frequency reference standard clock;
  • Time and frequency synchronization equipment (primary reference clock, slave clock, sync testers/analyzers);
  • Base station analyzers;
  • Time intervals meters;
  • Meters of spatio-temporal parameters of the location and position of vehicles, Software and hardware complex "Inspector", parking terminals.

Calibration of MIs:

  • Watches, watches for motorcycle, stopwatches, timers, chronometers;
  • Plans for verification of stopwatches;
  • Time interval meters;
  • Primary frequency standard (Cs), Rubidium atomic clock, High-stability OCXO clock, frequency reference standard clock;
  • receivers of signals of navigation satellite systems in the mode of measurement time-frequency parameters;
  • Devices for measurement liquids flow time, beer foam stability;
  • Base station analyzers.

Verification of legal MIs:

  • Systems of measuring the duration of telephone conversations, systems of accounting for volume of information;
  • Primary frequency standard (Cs), Rubidium atomic clock, High-stability OCXO clock, frequency reference standard clock;
  • Time and frequency synchronization equipment (primary reference clock, slave clock, sync testers/analyzers);

  • time interval meters;
  • Meters of spatio-temporal parameters of the location and position of vehicles, Software and hardware complex "Inspector", parking terminals.
