Set of instruments for test protection against accidental touch

Set of instruments for test protection against accidental touch

The set of instruments is designed for testing electrical products to protect it from:
  • electrical shock under normal operating conditions;
  • solid objects penetration;
  • human access to dangerous parts of the products and
  • contact with foreign objects into inside of the products.

The set of instruments meets the requirements according to the standards:

  • HOST 14254-96 (MEK 529-89). Degrees of protection provided by protective shells (IP code).
  • HOST 25861-83 (ST REV 3743-82). Computing machines and data processing systems. Electrical and mechanical safety requirements and testing procedures.
  • DSTU IEC 60335-1:2004 Household and similar electrical appliances. Safety. Part 1. General requirements.
  • DSTU IEC 60065:2009 Audio, video and similar electrical appliances. Safety requirements.
The set of instruments consists of the following components:
  • set of testing instruments – 10 units;
  • signaling unit;
  • case for storing testing instruments and signaling unit.
