Calibration & Measuarement capabilities

SE "UKRMETRTESTSTANDART" provides a wide range of metrological services at the highest quality for customers.  Our metrologists perform calibration with maximum adaptation to customer requirements. Calibration based on our own research and development work where the results are implemented practically. For all performed calibrations SE "UKRMETRTESTSTANDART" has a unified quality management (QM) system that meets the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2019 and DSTU ISO 17034. The quality management system is documented in the Quality Manual Calibration Service QM -3/5/33-18. Our QM system is assessed annually by NAAU. Also our QM system has been assessed by Regional Metrology Organization (COOMET). The basis of such an assessment is formed by internal QM documents and QM records which prove that all our metrological achievements are covered by the QM system and that the requirements of the CIPM-MRA on the mutual recognition of the national measurement standards and calibration certificates are fulfilled permanently.

We are accredited for calibration by types of measurements:

AUV - acoustics, ultrasound, vibration;
EM - electricity and magnetism;
L - length;
M - mass and related quantities;
PR – photometry;
QM - chemistry (amount of substance);
RI - ionizing radiation;
T - thermometry;
TF - time and frequency

and areas of metrological works:

  • conformity assessment of measuring instruments;
  • calibration of measurement standards and measuring instruments;
  • verification of measuring instruments;
  • measurement in the field of legal metrology;
  • production of reference gas mixtures and other reference materials;
  • other works and services related to the assurance of uniformity of measurement (development and testing of software, development of measurement and calibration procedures and their validation);
  • inter-sectoral coordination and works on the development and implementation of standard reference data on physical constants and properties of substances and materials;
  • maintaining of secondary measurement standard coordinated time scale UTC (UC) of the time and frequency units, synchronized with national time scale UTC (UA), formation and transmission of reference signals via communication channels to scientific and technical complexes and consumers' measuring instruments;
  • carrying out proficiency testing as a provider.
