Instrument for verification of concrete thickness meters

The instrument is designed for verification of concrete thickness meters of the type IZS-10N, IPA-MG4, etc.

Technical characteristics
Complete set of gaskets: gasket-panel thickness of 5 mm, gaskets thickness of 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm.
Permissible deviations of the size of gasket thickness is ………… ± 0.2 mm.
The instrument sets the gap between the working surface of instrument transformer and which forms the reinforcement steel bar in 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm with the error no more than ± 0.2 mm and 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm, 100 mm, 110 mm, 120 mm with the error no more than ± 0.5 mm. 

The set of reinforcement steel bar samples includes of:
bars Ø4 mm, Ø5 mm, Ø6 mm, Ø8 mm, Ø10 mm, Ø12 mm, Ø14 mm, Ø16 mm, Ø18 mm, Ø20 mm, and Ø22 mm, Ø25 mm, Ø28 mm, Ø32 mm.
The permissible diameters deviations of bars from nominal values are ± 0.2 mm.

Reinforcement steel bar samples are made of steel:
(Ø4 – Ø8) mm: made of reinforcement steel of class AI HOST 5781-82, grade St3;
(Ø10 – Ø32) mm: made of reinforcement steel of class AIII HOST 5781-82, grade Steel 35GS.

The instrument overall dimensions for verification IZS-10H instrument:

• length of 500 mm;
• width of 210 mm;
• height (without installed gaskets) of 190 mm.
