OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine designated SE "UKRMETRTESTSTANDART'' as a Scientific metrology Center. We are the part of legal metrology and Ukrainian quality infrastructure and we conduct reliable measurement, procedures and provide guidance. The society can trust our accuracy measurement. In this way that is our contribution to the development of our economy, science and society interests. The cooperative work together with our business partners and colleagues all over the world is the key to our success opening up new perspectives for quality, innovation and sustainable development for our country.

The greatest values are transparency, impartiality, objectivity. We are independent and unbiased. Nor political neither financial factors are not influence us because we stay independent and work strictly according to scientific principles. Our main role is to be neutral and ensure reliable measurement. Our enthusiasm, openness and readiness to take on new challenges help us obtain state of the art experience. Cooperating with the advanced world famous National Metrology Institutes we constantly expand areas of our activities. SE “UKRMETRTESTSTANDART” as Scientific metrology Center continually advanced measurement science by establishing and developing new measurement techniques and procedures at whatever level of sophistication is needed.
