Laboratory for mass measurement
(laboratory № 35-3)

The laboratory conducts such types of metrological works:

• verification and calibration of non-automatic weighing instruments;
• verification of automatic weighing instruments:
  • Automatic catchweighing instruments
  • Automatic gravimetric filling instruments
  • Discontinuous totalizing automatic weighing instruments
  • Continuous totalizing automatic weighing instruments
  • Automatic rail-weighbridges
  • Automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion and measuring axle loads;
• verification and calibration of instruments for the bulk density measurement of cereals;
• calibration of automatic catchweighing instruments;
• verification and calibration of weights F1, F2, M1, M1-2, M2, M2-3, M3 classes;
• calibration of mechanical stopwatches;
• calibration of measuring amplifiers (for 350-Ω strain gage full-bridge transducers).

Laboratory equipment:

• mobile laboratories based on Renault Dokker and Renualt Master for verification and calibration of weighing instruments at the place of operation;
• a mobile laboratory based on a KrAZ truck with a Palfinger crane manipulator for verification and calibration of vehicle weighbridges at the place of operation;
• mass comparators ХР6М, EX225AD, MSE 5203S-000-DU, C60000S, KMA-500;
• sets of reference weights E2, F1, F2, M1 classes from 1 mg to 20 kg;
• M1 class reference weights with a nominal mass of 500 kg (60 pcs.);
• thermohygrometer.
