Research and production department of optical and physical measurements

The department provides such types of metrological works:

• development and maintenance of national standards of Ukraine;
• conformity assessment, verification and calibration of measuring instruments for optical and physical quantities;
• development and production of standards and Reference Materials of refractive index, spectral transmission coefficients and optical density, whiteness of substances and materials, focal length of lenses;
• development and expertise of regulatory, methodical and technical documentation;
• development and validation procedures for measurement of composition and properties of substances and materials;
• precision measurement of composition and optical and physical properties of liquid and solid substances and materials by optical and physical methods.
