Autocollimator AKF-0.2

Purpose: 

Autocollimator AKF-0.2 provides the ability to measurement the angles of slope (by two coordinates):

  • plane optical surfaces;
  • grids of threads of levelers, theodolites, total stations and other collimating optical devices (if using a special illuminator);
  • output laser beams and geodetic devices based on lasers.

Opportunities:
Autocollimator AKF-0.2 performs measurement when identifying:

  • angles of slope for mirror surfaces;
  • angles between optical surfaces of plane-parallel plates, wedges;
  • manufacturing errors of some types of prisms;
  • non-linearity of guideways and non-run-out flatness of the surface of products непрямолінійність направляючих і неплощинність поверхонь;
  • mutual angular position of axes and planes of products in space.

The autocollimator allows to work with surfaces with or without a mirror coating with reflection coefficients of at least 3% and a surface area no less than 1 cm². Angle reproduction of 180 degree is also performed by two AKF-0.2 autocollimators in the horizontal and vertical planes and measurement deviations from it, at that it is allowed to use them with other types of the second collimator or autocollimator. 

Scope:
Autocollimator AKF-0.2 is used:

  • in the quality control of manufacture parts, accuracy of assembly of products, technological (tools) devices in various industries;
  • in the repair and adjusting optical and laser devices, including geodetic ones;
  • as a measurement standard (or as a part of a measurement standard) during verification or calibration of geodetic and other optical and laser devices, calibration plates, etc.

Operating conditions of AKF-0.2

  • ambient air temperature from 10 to 30 °C;
  • relative air humidity from 30 to 80%;
  • pressure from 84 to 106 kPa;
  • rays from extraneous light sources should not enter the lens.

Software
The autocollimator AKF-0.2 works complete with a personal computer which has an operating system as WINDOWS XP, 7 or 10.  The position of center of glowing mark (image), laser beam or grid of threads highlighted by another collimating device are allowed to determine automatically or manually by software

The software allows:

  • to measure the X and Y angular coordinates for each images centers which are in the field of view of the device;
  • to calculate the angles between separate images;
  • to perform work simultaneously with two AKF-0.2;


The software can be equipped with modules for calculating of non-linearity of guideways and non-run-out flatness. непрямолінійність направляючих і неплощинність поверхонь 

Manufacturer's guarantees

The manufacturer guarantees reliable operation of AKF-0.2 within 18 months from the date of sale, if the consumer complies with the operating conditions, storage and transportation in accordance with the operational documentation.

Manufacturer shall not carry warranty obligation, if AKF-0.2 has external mechanical damage.

The average full service life is at least 10 years.
